These Terms of Service govern your use of VYBE, a creator-focused software platform operated by Regal Global Influence Corp. By accessing or using VYBE, you agree to these Terms.
2. The VYBE Service
VYBE provides creator tools including AI-powered caption and content generation, creator link pages, saved work, and related features. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued as the service develops.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity occurring through your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content that you submit to VYBE, subject to any rights necessary for VYBE to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed to submit and use your content.
5. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content is provided as a tool to assist creators. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or relying upon it.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use VYBE to violate applicable laws, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse the service, or use the platform in a manner that could harm VYBE or other users.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain VYBE features require a paid subscription. Subscription prices and included features are displayed before purchase. Paid subscriptions may automatically renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel a subscription using the available subscription management tools or by contacting support. Cancellation generally prevents future renewals while access may continue through the applicable paid period.
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law.
9. Intellectual Property
VYBE's software, branding, interface, designs, and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to Regal Global Influence Corp. Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit those materials without permission.
10. Third-Party Services
VYBE may rely on third-party services for functionality such as authentication, hosting, AI processing, and payments. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
11. Availability
We aim to keep VYBE available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at every time.
12. Disclaimer
VYBE is provided on an as-available basis. AI-generated results should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, medical, or other specialized advice.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts where necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or address misuse of the platform.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as VYBE develops. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
